What this site collects
This site is a set of static pages. There is no signup, no login, no comment box and no advertising network. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts, so there is no visitor profile to build.
Fonts
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Nothing else about you is sent. If you would rather avoid this, the font files can be self hosted on request.
When you contact us
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation and anything you send with it, such as a brief or a specification, so we can reply and quote accurately. We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell it, share it with third parties or add you to a mailing list.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not turn into projects are deleted once they are clearly stale. Project correspondence is kept for the length of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and accounting reasons.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your enquiry and its attachments at any time and we will confirm once it is done. Write to cendrawebsolutions@gmail.com.
How projects work
These are the default terms for studio work with Cendra. A signed proposal or contract for a specific project always takes precedence over anything written here.
Scope and price
Every project starts with a written scope covering features, stack, milestones, timeline and a fixed price. Work begins once you approve it. Anything outside that document is a change request, quoted separately before it is built, so the agreed price never moves without your say.
Payment
- Payment is split across milestones defined in the scope.
- An initial milestone is payable before work starts.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
- Third party costs such as hosting, app store fees, domains and paid APIs are billed to your own accounts, not marked up through us.
Ownership
On final payment, all custom code, design files and assets created for the project are yours outright. Repositories, cloud accounts, store listings and domains sit in your name from day one. We keep the right to describe the work and show it publicly in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Open source and third party code
Projects use open source libraries under their own licences, which continue to apply. We will tell you upfront if a paid third party service or licence is needed to run what you are buying.
Support and warranty
Bugs where the delivered work does not match the agreed scope are fixed free for 30 days after launch. New features, design changes, and issues caused by third party services or later edits by others fall outside that window and are quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance retainers are available and always optional.
Timelines
Dates in a scope assume feedback and content arrive within the agreed review windows. Where they do not, delivery dates shift by a matching amount rather than quality being cut to hold a date.
Cancellation
Either side can end an engagement in writing. You pay for completed and in progress milestones up to that point, and you receive everything produced so far. Amounts paid for work not yet started are refunded.
Liability
We take the work seriously and test it before handover, but no software is free of risk. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data where a backup strategy was declined.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
